DESCRIPTION:IFS for Health & Well-Being Retreat: Finding parts related to chronic illness and pain \nLocation: Land of Medicine Buddha Retreat Center\, Soquel\, CA \nIFS for Health & Well-Being is an in-person retreat with Nancy designed for those affected by chronic illness or who work with clients with chronic illness. Together the group will cultivate more calm and Self-compassion by creating a safe\, healing environment using this IFS-based approach. \nThe retreat combines individual\, small group and community experiences. Through talks\, meditations\, writing\, sharing\, and experiential exercises\, Nancy will walk us through the interconnection between our life experience\, parts of the internal social system\, and physical health.
